The Basic Annual Support Plan allows you to maintain an ongoing relationship with a team of Urchin Software Experts for the fraction of the cost of a full-time employee. The plan is similar to a retainer model -- it provides 2 hours of support per month for a reduced rate. We offer a few support options -- compare our plans.
Phone, Chat, & E-mail Communication
Contact Actual Metrics' support team however you choose. Annual support plan customers are also provided with a direct hotline to Actual Metrics' help desk.
Unlimited Incidents
Support plans are based on hours, not incidents. Feel free to cram as many questions as you can into each support call!
Overage Allowance
If you exceed your hourly support limit within a month, you can "borrow" hours from future months for no additional fee.
Support Ticket History
Actual Metrics provides customers with a secure, dedicated portal for support issues. Customers can login to submit new tickets, view the status of existing tickets, or analyze the entire history of support incidents.
Training Session Included - FREE!
Basic Annual Support Plan customers receive one 2-hour web-based training session per year for internal staff.
