We are looking to hire a junior-level Technical Support Associate who can pitch in and help in a variety of areas. Your primary function will be to learn how Urchin Software works so you can provide support to our customers, but you will be exposed to a variety of additional products and technologies (e.g. Google Analytics, the Toolbelt for Urchin, light Drupal admin work). And it would be fantastic if you have experience with graphic design programs. Ideally, we'd like to hire someone who can start with support and grow into a larger role, like consulting, engineering, or sales.
Urchin Software (from Google) is used by many of our clients to track intranets and public-facing websites -- these clients include Fortune 500 companies, web hosting companies, venture-backed startups, major colleges & universities, Government agencies, and everything in between. Actual Metrics is a one stop shop for Urchin-related services, including installation, configuration, support, training, customization, analysis, integration, and anything else you can do with the software.
