If you're a current Urchin customer, you can extend your Urchin Support Contract with Actual Metrics!

Annual Support Contracts

Actual Metrics provides reliable experts whom you can call for reporting or technical issues as they arise. Similar to a retainer model, we offer Annual Support contracts -- a flat annual fee provides a guaranteed number of support hours per month.

Hourly Support

Technical assistance is also available by the hour, either in prepaid blocks or as needed (3 hour minimum). Please contact Actual Metrics for more information.
